Blueberry Pancakes with Toasted Pecans

There is never a bad time to eat pancakes.



I got this recipe from a fellow scout member and tweaked it. You will not be dissappointed.

Recipe:
1 cup Flour
3 TBS Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 TBS Baking Powder
1 TBS Cinnamon

1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
4 TBS Melted Butter (cooled)
1/2 Cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Garnish:
1/2 cup toasted pecans
maple syrup
1/4 cup blueberries

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine. Rock some flapjacks!
